Give the user the option of stopping this program from installing a shortcut into the start up menu. The program doesn't do constant/background defragging so there's no need to have it start up when booting the computer up.

Adding this program to the start up is not necessary. You should give the user the option of stopping the shortcut from being installed top the start up menu.

Uncheck the 'Install Quick Start Shortcut' option during the installation wizard, allow users to 'Opt In' rather than to 'Opt Out'

Most users prefer to opt out of installing trhe quickstart short cut, having it checked by default is easily missed, so you end up with an unwanted shortcut.

A network option would be brilliant. Being able to defrag all the computers on a home network from one computer,

This would save having to install the program on all computers or at least the main bulk of the program.

Include an option for the program to defrag during idle moments so that ot can be run while being used.

Most of the big named defraggers now defrag in the moments the computer is idle. This program would be much improved if it also included this ability

Include a comparison chart between the Standard and Professional versions, I'd like to see if there are more useful tools that justifies me purchasing the upgrade.

A comparison chart between the standard and Pro versions is a must have on your site. Unless I can see what extras are included I'm not likely to upgrade.
