Give the user the option of stopping this program from installing a shortcut into the start up menu. The program doesn't do constant/background defragging so there's no need to have it start up when booting the computer up.

Adding this program to the start up is not necessary. You should give the user the option of stopping the shortcut from being installed top the start up menu.
